Insight Global is looking for a CSA Estimator to support large-scale data center construction projects across civil, structural, and architectural scopes. This individual will be responsible for developing detailed conceptual and definitive estimates, validating contractor pricing, analyzing bid packages, and providing cost guidance throughout the preconstruction and construction lifecycle. On a daily basis, they will review drawings and specifications, perform quantity takeoffs, evaluate subcontractor proposals, prepare cost models, and identify cost-saving opportunities while ensuring estimates align with project scope, schedule, and market conditions.

The CSA Estimator will work closely with project managers, design teams, procurement, contractors, and project controls teams to provide accurate budgeting and forecasting support for highly complex mission-critical facilities. The ideal candidate has extensive experience estimating CSA scopes for data centers, advanced manufacturing facilities, semiconductor plants, or other large industrial construction projects and is comfortable working in fast-paced environments with aggressive schedules and multiple concurrent projects.
