• Design and produce a wide range of assets including social graphics, digital ads, presentations, email templates, infographics, web elements, and print collateral.
• Translate brand guidelines into fresh, modern designs that maintain consistency across channels.
• Support campaign development from concept to final execution.
• Develop layouts, typography treatments, and imagery that elevate the brand’s visual identity.
• Collaborate with writers, marketers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
• Prepare and package final files for production, ensuring technical accuracy for both digital and print.
• Contribute ideas to creative brainstorming sessions, storyboards, and visual exploration.

• Minimum of 3+ years professional experience in graphic design, visual communication, digital and/or equivalent experience.
• Expert-level use of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, XD, Photoshop, etc.) and Figma.
• Professional design experience working as part of a marketing team, in an agency, or B2C environment.
• Portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of color, typography, hierarchy, and layout, applied to a range of digital media and print assets.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Superb graphic design production skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and turn feedback into effective design revisions.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills.
• Demonstrated experience working with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities successfully in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong preference if you have animation or motion graphics experience.
