• Greet customers and assess their service needs
• Provide accurate estimates and clear communication regarding repairs or maintenance
• Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
• Work with the service team to ensure timely and quality repairs
• Keep customers informed on their service progress and ensure satisfaction
• Be a key team member in maintaining a smooth and efficient service department

• Previous service advisor or automotive service experience (RV or Marine a plus!)
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
• Ability to upsell services and create value for customers
• Weekend availability
