What You’ll Do- Respond to incoming phone calls, internet leads, emails, and customer inquiries.
- Reach out to potential and existing customers to schedule appointments.
- Follow up with customers to ensure an exceptional experience.
- Build strong relationships with customers and help drive dealership business.
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activities in our CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales and service teams to provide outstanding customer service.
- Help create a welcoming, professional, and positive experience for every customer.
- Experience in customer service, retail, or sales is encouraged — automotive experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, professional, and outgoing personality.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a team.
- Comfort using computers, phones, and other digital tools.
- A customer-first mindset and a positive attitude.
