We are looking for an experienced Registered Dental Assistant for our busy Pediatric/Orthodontic Dental Office. Successful RDAs must have the natural ability and desire to build relationships with patients to put them at ease at all times. Our team members understand the importance of exceptional service and have a desire to treat everybody they meet with dignity and kindness.

We are looking for someone who is a fast learner with the motivation to learn new procedures and grow. We hope to hire someone who wishes to make this a long-term career choice, and who will embrace our vision and share in our core values.

Requirements

• 1+ Years’ experience as a Dental Assistant.
• Able to Chair-Side assist and provide Four-Handed Dentistry.
• Take Digital X-Rays.
• Strong Dental Assistant Skills.
• Active RDA License in Texas.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good Attitude.
• Team Player.
• Warm Personality.
• Able to multitask.
• Able to take initiative and be one step ahead of the doctor (once you get to know how he works).
• Able to pour models and take impressions.
• Familiar with Open Dental Software.
• Bilingual, (A plus).
