Health Yes Staffing Network is recruiting a Registered Dental Hygienist for an established community-based dental practice serving patients throughout the Davis Mountains and surrounding communities in Far West Texas.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine dental cleanings, prophylaxis, and periodontal-maintenance services
- Complete periodontal charting and oral-health assessments
- Perform scaling and root planning within the hygienist’s authorized scope
- Obtain and process diagnostic dental radiographs
- Apply fluoride, sealants, and other preventive treatments
- Identify signs of periodontal disease, dental decay, and other oral-health concerns
- Educate patients about oral hygiene, nutrition, and disease prevention
- Review medical and dental histories before treatment
- Document examinations, treatments, and recommendations accurately
- Maintain sterilization and infection-control standards
- Collaborate with dentists, dental assistants, and administrative staff
- Support a welcoming and respectful experience for patients from diverse backgrounds
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited dental-hygiene program
- Active Texas Registered Dental Hygienist license or eligibility to obtain one
- Current CPR or BLS certification
- Authorized to perform dental radiography in Texas
- Knowledge of periodontal care and preventive dentistry
- Strong patient-education and communication skills
- Commitment to accurate clinical documentation and infection prevention
- Experienced hygienists and qualified recent graduates are encouraged to apply
