Los Fresnos Family Dentistry PC is looking for a friendly and organized Dental Front Desk team member to be the welcoming face of our practice in Los Fresnos, TX! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a patient-focused dental team where your communication skills and attention to detail will make a real difference every day.

• Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental practice management software
• Verify dental insurance benefits and process claims accurately
• Collect and post patient payments, co-pays, and handle billing inquiries
• Answer incoming calls, respond to patient questions, and manage voicemails
• Maintain and update accurate patient records and demographic information
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day

• Prior dental front desk or dental administrative experience preferred
• Familiarity with dental insurance verification and billing processes
• Experience with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Curve or similar) a plus
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a patient-first attitude
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred to serve our community
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required
