We are on the hunt for a truly unique kind of product designer to join our team at AXL Advanced. Whether you're a junior designer with the passion to learn or a seasoned designer with years under your belt, we're looking for individuals who can bring a spirit of innovation to our tactical gear lineup. If you can dream up new products out of nothing more than a stapler and duct tape—or if you already run your own niche tactical gear brand on Instagram—we want to hear from you.

• Passion for Tactical Gear:
  You should have a genuine interest in designing cut-and-sew products, nylon tactical soft goods, with a bonus if you know how to design hard goods. Bonus points if you’ve got experience sewing, making patterns, and incorporating laser cutters and laser cut laminate materials in your designs.
• Innovation and Problem-Solving:
  We need someone who can come up with innovative fresh ideas that bring value to our Military and Law Enforcement customers and help us create products that fit into our AXL Advanced and VXV Concepts portfolios. We're always pushing boundaries and looking for that next big thing.
• Hands-On and Ready to Learn:
  If you’ve got amazing ideas but need to refine your skills, we’re open to helping you grow. Equally, if you're already a pro with a sewing machine, 2D or a 3D modeling tool, that’s a huge plus.
• Extra Bonus:
  Military or Special Forces background with real-world problem-solving experience. We’d love to have your insights to design gear that meets the challenges you’ve faced in the field.
• We’re looking for a range of product developers and designers, from junior to senior, who are ready to get their hands dirty, innovate, and bring some truly amazing tactical gear to life with us.
