Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Assist in developing interior design presentations, material boards, and new construction selections
• Conduct product research, order samples, and liaise with vendors and manufacturers
• Maintain and organize the Design Center library and ensure materials are up to date
• Help schedule and coordinate client meetings and vendor appointments
• Support space planning for current and upcoming build projects
• Contribute to the selection and documentation of FF&E specifications for design packages

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities)

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to think creatively, solve problems proactively, and pivot quickly as needed
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to take initiative with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of furniture, finishes, and material sourcing is a plus.

Education

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Approximate Schedule And Hours

This is a full-time, non-exempt position. The schedule may include weekdays, weekends, and holidays and is flexible to meet the needs of the business.

Physical Demands And Work Environment

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Our property sits on approximately 915 acres and features many indoor and outdoor facilities that make up the work environment. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand and move around for the entirety or majority of their shift.

The employee may be working outside or inside and in different types of weather including excessive heat, cold temperatures, rain and sunshine. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is also regularly required to push, pull, bend, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Likely this role will require the ability to drive a golf cart to transport from one area of the property to another in a safe and secure manner.
