As a Locum MD/DO, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality surgical services to our clients. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring patient safety and satisfaction, contributing to the overall success of our medical placements. This position allows you to engage in diverse surgical cases and collaborate with a variety of healthcare professionals.

• Perform a range of general surgical procedures
• Conduct pre-operative assessments and post-operative care
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families
• Participate in continuing education and training programs
• Adhere to all medical protocols and regulations
• Provide support to other medical staff as needed

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Valid medical license to practice in the relevant state
• Prior experience in general surgery preferred
• Strong surgical skills and knowledge of surgical techniques
• Excellent patient management and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision‑making abilities
• Commitment to patient care and safety

Setting:
Clinic and OR

Daily Volume: 15 patients in clinic or 6‑8 endo cases

Cases:
General surgery with laparoscopic and endoscopic skills

Support Staff: MA, LVN, front office support, and standard OR staff

Must be board‑certified
