Full-time opportunity with Eyes On Eyecare for an experienced optometrist to lease space in Walmart stores, offering full autonomy over practice operations.

Schedule: Full-time
Salary: Based on experience

• Deliver comprehensive eye examinations and vision care to Walmart customers
• Lead patient care with respect to eye and vision health and overall well‑being
• Schedule and manage patient appointments independently
• Set and collect your own fee schedule, retaining 100% of examination and professional fees

• Determine your days of practice and hours of operation
• Opt‑in for equipment/instrumentation and administrative/Opt‑Tech support services (subject to state regulations)

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry program
• Valid state optometry license
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school
• Valid state ophthalmology license
• General liability certificate
• Professional liability insurance certificate
