Base pay range: $12.00/hr – $14.00/hr

• Child Development permit or CDA preferred on the curriculum
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
• AA in Early Childhood Education or equivalent preferred
• Meets education criteria required by the state
• 1-2 years experience working with assigned age group desired

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Teacher to join our team in Whitehouse, TX. The ideal candidate will have a Child Development permit or CDA preferred on the curriculum, CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain, AA in Early Childhood Education or equivalent preferred, and meet education criteria required by the state. Additionally, 1-2 years of experience working with the assigned age group is desired.

The Lead Teacher will be responsible for creating and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans, providing a safe and nurturing environment for children, communicating effectively with parents and staff, and maintaining a clean and organized classroom. The successful candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a commitment to the growth and development of young children.
