Pay for this position is based on a 9‑month contract. This position will office at the WCJC Wharton Campus. The permanent responsibility of a faculty member is to provide the most effective instruction possible in his/her discipline. Supervision is received from appropriate supervisor. The faculty member works to insure that his/her instruction is meeting the educational needs of students.

• Master's Degree or Doctorate, preferably in Nursing.
• If Master's Degree is in a discipline other than Nursing, must hold Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and minimum of six graduate hours in Nursing.
• Valid, unencumbered TX Nursing License or privilege to practice.
• Criminal background check required.
