• Master’s or doctoral degree (or terminal graduate‑level coursework) in a relevant field such as sports management, exercise science, or a related discipline.
• Previous collegiate soccer experience either playing or coaching.
• Computer skills: word processing, databases, spreadsheet applications.
• Ability to assist and/or direct practices and workouts.
• Preferred experience coaching or assisting with soccer camps and youth/college teams.

• Assist the head men’s soccer coach with practice and game planning and preparation.
• Assist with recruiting prospective student‑athletes.
• Support student‑athlete success on the field and in the classroom.
• Manage hospitality and travel arrangements.
• Help set up and tear down game operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the head coach.
