The Math Teacher is responsible for providing high-quality instruction in various mathematical disciplines to students. The primary goal is to foster a deep understanding of mathematical concepts, improve problem-solving skills, and prepare students for college and career success through state-aligned curriculum standards.

• Instructional Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging, rigorous lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.

• Curriculum Alignment: Implement the district’s math curriculum while ensuring alignment with state standards and preparing students for standardized assessments.

• Data-Driven Instruction: Analyze student performance data to identify gaps in understanding and differentiate instruction accordingly.

• Classroom Management: Establish and maintain a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment with clear expectations for student behavior.

• Collaboration: Participate in Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) to share best practices, review data, and coordinate with the math department.

• Communication: Maintain regular contact with parents/guardians regarding student progress and participate in parent-teacher conferences
