The Learning Experience #406 in Lake Wylie, SC is looking for enthusiastic and nurturing Early Childhood Teacher Floaters to join our growing team! In this dynamic role, you'll have the unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact across multiple classrooms, supporting young learners during their most formative years. Responsibilities:- Float between early childhood classrooms to provide coverage and support across all age groups
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities aligned with early childhood development standards
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment for children
- Assist lead teachers with daily routines including meals, nap time, and transitions
- Observe and document child development milestones and communicate progress to families
- Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and center health and safety protocols
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff members
- High school diploma or equivalent required; CDA, ECE coursework, or degree preferred
- Prior experience in early childhood education or a licensed childcare setting
- Flexibility and adaptability to work across multiple classrooms and age groups
- Strong understanding of child development principles and age-appropriate practices
- Current or ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
- Ability to pass a background check in accordance with state requirements
- Warm, patient, and team-oriented demeanor with a genuine love for working with children
