Academy Facilitator , Supply Chain

Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identifying and communicating goals and objectives; building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results; identifying and addressing improvement opportunities; and demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning. Engages in Academy content teach-backs and the co-facilitation of content with senior leaders;

providing feedback to Academy program participants, Academy Distribution Center/Fulfillment Center leadership, and Academy team members. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training; mentoring; assigning duties; providing recognition; and ensuring diversity awareness. Conducts facilitation audits on all Academy roles; conducting One Best Way consistency tours in Academy Distribution Centers/Fulfillment Centers with leadership to provide risk assessments; ensuring One Best Way compliance in Distribution Centers/Fulfillment Centers ;

ensuring alignment with Academy class content. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy; and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices. Participates in Academy content development and reviews to provide feedback and suggestions to the Learning Content Development team;

conducting assessment reviews in partnership with the Learning Content Development team to validate the accuracy of Academy content. Supports the adoption of structural and change initiatives by engaging with associates within Academy Distribution Centers/Fulfillment Centers and catchment; educating associates on change initiatives through classroom training and virtual classroom facilitation. Supports Academy Distribution Centers/Fulfillment Centers outside of class delivery times by assisting in the execution of Distribution Center/Fulfillment Center processes and executing "tour to teach."

Conducts training classes in accordance with block schedules by executing activities as designed; completing additional activities as indicated (for example, monitoring Virtual Reality training utilization and end-of-day activities) across multiple Academy locations, including virtually. Stays informed on changes in One Best Way processes by working with associates and leaders within their home Distribution Centers/Fulfillment Centers. Delivers training to Distribution Center/Fulfillment Center associates by leveraging different modalities (for example, Academy Connect, Virtual Reality, future technology);

implementing and supporting training for specialty and change initiatives. Engages regularly with Academy trainers throughout assigned areas by providing additional training and following up on Academy Trainer task completion.
