Camp For All transforms the world for children and adults with challenging illnesses, disabilities, or special needs. We achieve this by intentionally delivering unique, truly barrier-free experiences throughout the year. Camp For All collaborates with more than 65 nonprofit organizations to enable nearly 9,000 campers and their families to discover life each year. Camp For All is offering bonus opportunities for Summer Program Staff who commit early or encourage friends to join the Camp For All team for summer 2027! Please see below the bonuses being offered.

• Early Commitment Bonus
  - Accept and sign your offer letter by December 31, 2026 and receive a $100 Early Commitment Bonus as a thank you for committing early to the 2027 summer season.
• Bring Your Friends Bonus
  - Summer is better with friends! Apply with friends and reference your friends in your application. If you and your friends meet the eligibility requirements, you’ll each receive a $100 Friends Bonus.

Candidates may qualify for both bonus opportunities. If you meet the eligibility requirements for each bonus, you will receive both the Early Commitment Bonus and the Friends Bonus upon successful completion of the two-week summer training program.

Camp For All Program Staff carry out the Camp For All mission by encouraging campers to try new things, think outside of the box, and offer them a sense of freedom. The Summer 2027 season begins with an in-depth training to equip Program Staff to facilitate traditional camp activities in an inclusive, barrier-free way. Activities include climbing, zip line, giant swing, horseback riding, barnyard/nature, target sports, photography, epic evening programs and aquatics.

From May 2026 to August 2026 the Program Staff holds the primary responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of activities and programs. They are expected to help create and maintain a professional environment where the Camp For All mission is carried out through high-quality programs.

• Participates in staff orientation and training for Camp For All programs
• Obtains optional program certifications, including, but not limited to life guarding, challenge course, etc.
• Obtains required First Aid & CPR training
• Exhibits the ability to manage an assigned program activity, including planning and adapting the activity to the camper’s needs
• Work with Program Supervisors to maintain and upkeep program activity areas
• Demonstrates the desire to learn, understand and adapt to the needs of the individual camper
• Follows all safety standards set by Camp For All in accordance with Texas Department of Health and American Camping Association
• Immediately corrects any safety infractions and/or reports such to supervisor
• Displays the ability and desire to work as a team with other members of the program department as well as other Camp For All staff
• Manages free time in a responsible manner to be fully prepared for each Partner Group
• Follows a variety of instructions, procedure manuals and safety rules
• Maintains flexible work schedule with the ability to work extended hours as needed

Camp For All operates two facilities in Burton and Chappell Hill, Texas. The Summer Program Staff position is based at both locations. Your location placement will be determined in April 2027, following the extension and acceptance of an offer.
