Per Sé Group is seeking an Outside Plant Operator for a year-long assignment at a power generation facility in West Texas. You’ll operate, inspect and monitor power generation equipment, collect readings, maintain logs, and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliable plant performance.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in power generation or related industrial environments, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and are willing to complete operator training toward Control Room Operator
