CCS seeks to employ an experienced, highly motivated, and professional individual for the position of Senior Design Engineer. This position will be responsible for and involved in all aspects of cooling tower design, as well as support of the Engineering design team. This includes, but is not limited to, design of all FRP cooling towers using Solid Works; pier review of all job designs as they are completed.

The Senior Design Engineer must have the skill and desire to understand Cooing Towers and Solid Works.

• Contribute to the Engineering team by reviewing cooling tower design requirements for each cooling tower designed as required.
• Communicate with CCS customers and Technical Services, which is essential to understanding each project’s design requirements.
• Deliver professional, complete, and timely drawings and report documents as required for proposals, submittals and project designs.
• Respond to internal and external requests from phone calls, emails, faxes, etc. for CCS information. (Completeness and timeliness of information is essential.)
• Support other CCS departments as requested.
• Adhere to all CCS company policies and budgets.
• Maintain a professional image (grooming and dress).

• A minimum of ten years of Solid Works design experience. Preference will be given to candidates with greater Solid Works experience.
• Professional and polished individual who is organized, detail-oriented, internally driven, a contributor to teams, and a team player.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with design team, engineering firms, and customers.
• Proven experience in consistently meeting company quotas and objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills.
• Excellent PC skills — Microsoft Office.
