, you'll be the driving force behind equipment uptime, safety, and operational excellence—because when our machines hum, our customers smile.
You’ll lead a high‑performing maintenance team and champion reliability strategies that keep production moving. Your day‑to‑day will include:
- Lead TPM Deployment:
Design, implement, and sustain Total Productive Maintenance practices across all production areas. - Maximize Equipment Reliability:
Drive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to ensure high uptime and performance. - Build & Mentor Teams:
Recruit, train, and inspire a skilled maintenance workforce focused on safety and ownership. - Drive Continuous Improvement:
Partner with operations and engineering to eliminate chronic losses, boost OEE, and reduce costs. - Manage Capital Assets:
Oversee lifecycle management of plant equipment and utilities— from installation to optimization. - Ensure Safety & Compliance:
Embed safety in every process and maintain strict adherence to OSHA and environmental standards. - Analyze & Act:
Track KPIs like MTBF, MTTR, and energy efficiency; lead root cause analysis for systemic issues. - Future-Proof Operations: Guide equipment upgrades, expansions, and commissioning of new assets.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of maintenance leadership in manufacturing, including 5+ years in advanced TPM
- Proven success improving OEE, reducing downtime, and extending asset lifecycle
- Expertise in preventive, predictive, and reliability‑centered maintenance; CMMS proficiency
- Strong knowledge of plant utilities (HVAC, compressed air, water systems, power distribution)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Working knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations
- Master's degree in Engineering or Operations Management preferred
- CMRP certification preferred
- Experience managing capital projects and Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
