You will be an experienced and driven Mechanical Supervisor to oversee the mechanical systems installation and commissioning for a high‑performance AI Data Center. In this role, you will lead mechanical contractors, ensure proper execution of HVAC and liquid cooling systems, and contribute to the delivery of a mission‑critical facility built for next‑generation AI workloads. This is a hands‑on leadership position ideal for someone with 3–5 years of experience in mechanical construction or facility operations within data centers, industrial sites, hospitals, or other high‑availability environments.

• Supervise the on‑site installation of all mechanical systems, including:
• HVAC and chilled water systems
• CRAC/CRAH units
• Air‑cooled and water‑cooled chillers
• Liquid cooling loops for high‑density compute
• Pumps, valves, piping, and associated infrastructure
• Ensure all systems are installed in accordance with project specifications, engineering drawings, and industry standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, etc.).
• Track and report daily progress, identify installation issues early, and coordinate resolution with contractors and engineering teams.
• Willingness to work a rotating schedule up to 12‑hour shifts, including nights/weekends or on‑call shifts as needed.

• Assist in functional testing and commissioning of mechanical systems.
• Participate in Integrated Systems Testing (IST) and ensure mechanical readiness for AI server deployment.
• Verify system performance under various load conditions to meet AI data center operational thresholds.

• Enforce site safety standards and ensure contractor compliance with OSHA, company safety protocols, and permit systems.
• Conduct mechanical quality checks and inspections to ensure workmanship and materials meet specifications.
• Manage redlines, punch lists, and close‑out documentation for mechanical scope.

• Coordinate work with general contractors, HVAC specialists, and other trades (electrical, IT, fire protection) to resolve spatial conflicts and ensure schedule alignment.
• Oversee delivery and staging of mechanical equipment and materials.
• Support procurement tracking and installation verification.
