Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including budgets and schedules.
- Coordinate communication among clients, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project financials, track costs, review invoices, and ensure contract compliance.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project continuity.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee quality, safety, and progress.
- Prepare detailed project reports for leadership and stakeholders.
- Lead post‑project evaluations to drive continuous improvement.
- Minimum 5 years managing high voltage electrical projects (substations and transmission lines).
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, equipment, and industry standards.
- Experience with EPC or utility turnkey projects and project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- PMP certification and safety credentials (OSHA 30, First Aid) a plus.
