• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate communication among clients, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project financials, track costs, review invoices, and ensure contract compliance.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project continuity.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular site visits to oversee quality, safety, and progress.
• Prepare detailed project reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead post‑project evaluations to drive continuous improvement.

• Minimum 5 years managing high voltage electrical projects (substations and transmission lines).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, equipment, and industry standards.
• Experience with EPC or utility turnkey projects and project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• PMP certification and safety credentials (OSHA 30, First Aid) a plus.
