Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Associate Manager, Process Equipment for our Semiconductor Microelectronics Team at our Mason, OH location. As a Semiconductor Maintenance Manager at L3

Harris you will play a crucial role in supporting the maintenance and upkeep of equipment for advanced components and technologies for defense applications. Your primary focus will be the development of maintenance plans, safety initiatives, maintaining the maintenance database, creating maintenance documents, installation and layout plans for new equipment, and Total Productive Maintenance for manufacturing equipment and semiconductor products. You will be responsible for ensuring equipment meets all production requirements fully and efficiently.

• Lead the equipment maintenance technicians in troubleshooting activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful integration of equipment into the production line.
• Work with the team to provide maintenance instructions and follow all required industry standards.
• Implement autonomous maintenance plans to operations.
• Support operations’ evaluations for new and already established equipment and processes as required.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and implement measures to improve Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) and yield.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of any issues related to defects to minimize production downtime.
• Collaborate with process engineers to optimize tool settings for specific processes.
• Implement and follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations during the installation setup operations.
• Maintain detailed documentation of installation procedures and calibration guides.
• Maintain the maintenance scheduling and maintenance documentation.
• Support the plant process engineer on equipment research, installation, and validation.

• Requires practical knowledge of the job area.
• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
• Graduate Degree or equivalent with 4 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
• Experience in semiconductor equipment engineering, with strong focus on tool installation is desired.
• Proficient in troubleshooting complex electrical and mechanical issues related to semiconductor equipment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of safety standards and protocols.
• Proficient in providing direction with installing manufacturing equipment.
• Proven experience in diagnosing and efficiently resolving complex electrical, mechanical, and process-related issues.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving capabilities and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
