This is a full-time, on-site role for a Torque and Test Technician, located in San Antonio, TX. The Torque and Test Technician will perform essential tasks including assembling, calibrating, and repairing equipment, as well as conducting performance testing to ensure quality and reliability. Responsibilities include operating test equipment, troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues, and ensuring compliance with quality assurance standards. The role also involves maintaining and calibrating tools and machinery while collaborating with team members to uphold safety and operational standards.

• Proficiency in soldering and operation of test equipment is required.
• Strong skills in troubleshooting and calibration, with attention to technical detail.
• Excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with team members and document procedures.
• Knowledge of safety and industry best practices, and the ability to work in a physically active, fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role or technical field is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or training is a plus.
