The City of Bowie is seeking a qualified Finance Director to oversee all aspects of the city's financial accounting and general ledger reporting. Reporting to the City Manager, you will ensure compliance with financial policies and coordinate monthly and year-end closes.
You will lead budgeting, quarterly and annual financial reporting, annual audits, payroll, accounts payable, and utility billing, while supervising a six-person finance team.
