• Provide a variety of hair services, including cuts, colors, and styling.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of color theory to create custom color palettes for clients.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and comfortable throughout their experience.
• Effectively and consistently market your services and the salon.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with salon standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and techniques.
• Use salon software to manage appointments, track client records, and manage inventory levels.
• Perform hair threading services with precision and care.
• Collaborate with other stylists to create a cohesive and welcoming environment for clients.
• Continuously strive to improve skills and deliver high-quality results.

• A current Cosmetology License (Required) or Barbering License (Preferred).
• Strong understanding of color theory and its practical applications.
• Successfully complete 30- and 60-day performance and educational milestones.
• Experience with retail math to manage inventory and cash handling effectively.
• Proficiency with salon software for managing appointments and client records.
• Excellent communication skills with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and teamwork.

• Full-time, Part-time

• Average pay ranges from $16.90 to $50.00 per hour, based on service and retail commission plus gratuity.
• Performance directly determines earning potential, meaning the more you excel, the more you can earn—your success has no limits!

• No less than 12 per week

• Day, Night, and Weekend Shifts (Preferred)
