We are currently seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our team. Bring your talents and enthusiasm to our innovative school for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder! This position is part of an interdisciplinary team in a full day (8:15 am - 3:45 pm) school program.
CompensationPay Range: $35,670 To $43,500
Westlake location
$500 sign‑on bonus!
Responsibilities- Providing behavior support to the teacher and other classroom team members
- Maintaining daily operation of the classroom program
- Assisting students with instructional and non‑instructional tasks as developed by BCBA
- Implementation of and data collection for student behavior plans
- Associate degree in Education or related field or 2 years of college in Education/Special education or related field
- Possesses Registered Behavior Technician Certification
- Has training and experience of 1‑2 years with children/individuals with Autism
- Has completed a minimum of one year of successful experience in working directly with children with autism and related developmental delays in a home, school, or clinical setting.
- Holds or is able to obtain Ohio aide permit or paraprofessional license.
- Is well‑versed in principles of applied behavior analysis.

We are currently offering a $500 sign‑on bonus for this position! $150 to be paid after successful completion of the introductory period (90 days), $150 to be paid after 6 months, and $200 to be paid after 1 year!
