Job Summary
A great opportunity for an experienced Pharmacist to provide essential clinical and consultative pharmacy services in a healthcare setting that supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Pharmacist will perform technical and clinical duties, oversee medication management, and ensure safe and accurate dispensing practices while working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary care team.

Qualifications
Licensed (unrestricted)
Pharmacist with the Texas State Board of PharmacyProficient in computers, electronic health records, and prescription processing
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Ability to perform Drug Utilization Review (DUR), manage inventory, and supervise pharmacy technicians when needed
Completion of all facility’s required training
