Certified Medication Aide (CMA)

AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our family! The primary purpose of the position is to prepare, administer, report, and record medications according to the physician’s orders and established policies and procedures, ensuring the highest degree of quality care is always maintained.

• Prepare and administer medications as directed by physicians.

• Report medication administration and record medication administrations accurately.

• Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.

• Maintain a clean and safe medication environment.

• Must be certified as a Qualified Medication Aide by the Department of Health.
• Must possess the ability to make independent decisions.
• Previous skilled nursing home experience.
