As a caregiver at Com For Care , you will play an essential role in our organization providing companionship, socialization, and basic needs support to our clients.

• Proving experience as a caregiver or in a similar role
• Ability to safely and confidently use a transfer board and gait belt
• Knowledge or proper body mechanics and fall‑prevention techniques
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions
• Must be physically able to assist with transfers and mobility

• Assist with safe transfers using a transfer board and gait belt
• Support mobility, positioning, and ambulation as needed
• Assist with evening routines such as personal hygiene, toileting, dressing and preparation for bed
• Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding as needed
• Monitor safety and provide supervision to prevent falls or injuries
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Light housekeeping related to client care
• Observe and report any changes in condition or concerns to family or supervisor
