The Medical Technologist performs complex laboratory tests and analyses to assist physicians in diagnosing, monitoring, and treating patients. The role involves conducting various chemical and bacteriological tests, preparing and examining specimen samples—such as urine, blood, and tissue—and communicating test results to medical professionals.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology or Clinical Laboratory Science.
• Certification:
  American Medical Technologist (AMT) or American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP).
• Certified or eligible for certification.
• At least 12 months of clinic or hospital experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Exceptional problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
• Research and analysis skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Compliance with biohazard guidelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to read instructions.
• Adaptability with a can‑do attitude.
