Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Location: Aspermont, TX
Salary: $35.00-$45.00/hour (based on experience)
Shift: Full-time | Monday-Friday | 8-hour day shifts

Job Overview:

A Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) is needed for a full-time position supporting both inpatient and outpatient care. The PTA will work weekday shifts with a manageable daily caseload, providing hands-on therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with implementation of physical therapy treatment plans
• Provide care to a patient caseload of 6-8 individuals per day
• Support rehabilitation goals and progress documentation
• Collaborate with physical therapists and interdisciplinary team members
• Deliver therapy services in both inpatient and outpatient settings

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Texas - Required
• Experience in inpatient and/or outpatient rehab settings - Preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a care team
