As an Occupational Therapist, you will:

• Delegate tasks and supervise occupational therapy assistants and technicians.
• Deliver therapy treatment in accordance with hospital, state, and federal guidelines.
• Maintain open communication with hospital departments to meet patient and staff needs.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Current state licensure or certification by your first day of employment.
• CPR certification preferred, unless otherwise required by hospital policy.
• A degree from an accredited therapy program or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients and families.
• Demonstrated competency in evaluation, assessment, care planning, and treatment.
