Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care was founded in 2006 after we realized that most patients waiting in the Emergency Room for treatment are not there for life threatening emergencies, yet still need care that is not available in most pediatric offices. Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care is looking to add a Bilingual Front Office Specialist to our growing team. This temporary position is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy working with kids. Our front office job positions allow for flexible schedules as well as education and training opportunities.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must pass criminal background check
• American Heart Association BLS certification required prior to start date
• Enjoys working with children!
• We use E-Verify

• Salary: $16‑$18 depending on experience
• Time and a half pay on holidays (Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas); shorter holiday hours
• Overtime pay available

• Provide excellent customer service to sick children and their nervous parents
• Verify insurance benefits
• Input data into EMR
• Collect co‑payments/deductibles/balances
• Answer and manage phones
• Conduct end‑of‑day balancing

• 12, 10 and 8 hour shifts
