Location: Garden Ridge
We are seeking a compassionate In-Home Healthcare RN for part-time weekend days in Garden Ridge, TX.
Responsibilities- Provide skilled nursing care and assessments in patients' homes to promote health and recovery.
- Develop and update individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Administer medications, treatments, and monitor vital signs.
- Educate patients and families on health management and safety.
- Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care delivery.
- Registered RN with valid Texas license.
- Strong communication, compassion, attention to detail, and adaptability.
- Experience delivering home health care is preferred.
