Are you a Paraprofessional (Para) looking for a rewarding new opportunity? Your experience working with students has already given you many of the skills needed to succeed as a Behavior Technician (BT).
If you've supported students with behavioral, social, communication, or academic needs, you're already familiar with building relationships, encouraging independence, and helping children reach their goals. We provide the training and support to help you transition into the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)—no prior RBT certification is required.
What you'll do:Work one-on-one with children to build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
Implement individualized treatment plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Celebrate meaningful progress and make a lasting impact on the lives of children and their families.
Your classroom experience is highly valued.
