Registered Behavior Technician

We are hiring a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Coleman, TX
. As an RBT at Smilestones ABA, you will work directly with children receiving ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Hourly range of $18 - $20 per hour

• Providing one-on-one ABA therapy
• Implementing individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs
• Collecting accurate session and behavioral data
• Following treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA
• Helping clients develop communication, social, daily living, and other essential skills
  
  Maintaining professional and compassionate interactions with clients and families
• Collaborating with BCBAs and other members of the clinical team
• Participating in ongoing training and supervision
• Following all clinical, ethical, safety, and confidentiality requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Passion for working with children and helping them succeed
• Dependable, professional, patient, and compassionate
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in person in Coleman, TX 76834
• Ability to meet applicable background check and employment requirements
