Sage Group Health Care  Staffing is seeking a SLP for a travel contract position in Groveton, TX. We are accepting both local and travel candidates.

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Pay Rate: $2600 weekly Gross Pay based on a 40-hour work week ( Includes Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Unit: LTC

Shift timings: 8 hours, Days, 8.00 am to 4.30 pm

• Speech Language Pathologist experience: 2+ years
  - Required
• LTC experience
  - Preferred
• Prior Travel experience – Preferred

• SLP License for the State applying or Compact if applicable
  - Required
• BLS Certification
  - Preferred

• Develop treatment plans to improve swallowing, cognitive and communication abilities, and to decrease aspirations.
• Communication treatment plans may include techniques that not only helpthe individual to be better understood, but also to help them better understandothers.
• Leads, guides and directs the delivery of speech language pathology andaudiology services in the facility in accordance with local, state and federal regulations, standards and established facility policies and procedures toprovide appropriate care and services to residents.
