Hireology is seeking a Per Diem (PRN) Physical Therapist to join our in-house team serving residents with person-centered care. This role requires a Texas license and offers flexible scheduling.
The PT will consult with patients, assess evaluations, develop rehab plans, document thoroughly, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes. SNF/long-term care experience is preferred and Net Health experience is a plus.
