Dogwood Trails Manor is seeking a compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. You will administer therapies to enhance mobility and quality of life, under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
Applicants must hold an active Texas PTA license, have current knowledge of PT practices, and ideally SNF/LTC experience. Familiarity with Net Health documentation is a plus. Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team is essential.
