Pharmacy Technician (Licensed) – Fulfillment / Micro-Fulfillment (Onsite, Overnight)

Location:Northlake, TX (Onsite)
Schedule:

• Option A: Sun, Wed–Fri 3:30 PM–1:30 AM
• Option B: Sun–Thu 10:00 PM–6:00 AM
  Pay: $21.60/hr

Summary

Now hiring a Pharmacy Technician for an onsite pharmacy fulfillment / micro-fulfillment operation. This Pharmacy Technician role supports prescription processing, manual fulfillment, and shipping workflows in a fast-paced, technology-enabled pharmacy environment. Ideal for a Texas-licensed Pharmacy Tech who is dependable, accurate, and comfortable with overnight shifts, production goals, and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Process prescription workflow tasks including data entry, refill processing, and order exceptions
• Research and resolve third-party/insurance rejects and resubmit claims for processing
• Enter and update patient demographics and prescription information in the fulfillment system
• Count, fill, label, package, and prepare prescriptions for shipment
• Operate and support automated/robotic equipment and maintain an orderly work area
• Assist with inbound/outbound calls to patients or prescriber offices as needed
• Follow HIPAA, safety, and pharmacy SOPs while handling PHI

Qualifications

• Active Texas pharmacy technician registration/certification as required by the state
• High School Diploma or GED
• 2–4 years Pharmacy Technician experience (retail, fulfillment, or call center preferred)
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet productivity expectations
• Basic PC skills and keyboarding (minimum 25 WPM)
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and stand/move throughout shift
• Flexibility and reliability for overnight/weekend schedules
