Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Florida Autism Center, part of the Blue Sprig family of companies, is hiring compassionate, motivated individuals who enjoy working with children and want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism.

No ABA experience? No problem! We provide paid training, RBT certification, hands-on mentorship, and ongoing support to help you build a rewarding career.

What You'll Do:

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with clients
• Collect data and document client progress
• Communicate with families, supervisors, and team members
• Participate in training and professional development
• Follow company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards

What We're Looking For:

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation, attendance, and punctuality
• Strong communication, teamwork, and a passion for helping children
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and frequently sit, stand, crouch, and get on/off the floor
• Passion for helping children and families
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• If applying to a Florida location, you must obtain a Florida driver's license before completing training
• If applying to a Florida location, Florida Medicaid fingerprinting is required
