- South is seeking a compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehab team. You will support residents’ mobility and quality of life under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, delivering patient-centered care in a SNF setting.
Key duties include administering prescribed therapies, documenting progress, coordinating with the PT and interdisciplinary team, and participating in meetings.
