Fira Health in Texas is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to manage a field-based caseload in the Cameron area. This is a full-time position with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekends, offering productivity-based compensation with $75.00 per point and a yearly range of $100,000–$130,000.
As a core member of Adaptive Home Health, you will deliver skilled PT visits, drive gait/balance and safety plans, coordinate with the care team, and document in Homecare Homebase (HCHB).
