Clinical Trial Liaison

ICON seeks a Clinical Trial Liaison to manage investigator relationships and oversee site-level strategy for clinical trials in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions. The role combines clinical investigator management, trial operations, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize enrollment and data delivery.

• Manage investigator identification, qualification, enrollment, and study closeout across trials
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clinical investigators spanning multiple therapeutic areas
• Co-create targeted recruitment strategies to optimize patient enrollment at priority sites
• Lead site-level strategy and risk planning to ensure consistent enrollment and data quality
• Serve as liaison between field teams, vendors, and investigators to align priorities and resolve operational barriers

• Bachelor's degree in scientific, clinical, or health-related field
• Minimum 5 years clinical research or pharmaceutical industry experience
• Direct experience interacting with healthcare providers and clinical sites
• Oncology expertise required; breast/gynecology experience preferred
• Willingness to travel 60-80% during peak periods
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
