Winnie L Nursing & Rehab seeks a compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehab team. You will deliver person-centered care to improve residents’ mobility, strength, and quality of life. Responsibilities include implementing plans of care under PT supervision, measuring patient progress, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
Texas PTA license in good standing is required, with SNF experience preferred. Net Health knowledge is a plus.
