Castroville Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Rehabilitation is looking for a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team in Castroville, TX. • Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to aid recovery
• Treat orthopedic, sports medicine, and post-surgical rehabilitation cases
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulations

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Texas state Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain licensure
• Experience in orthopedic, sports medicine, or outpatient rehabilitation preferred
• Strong manual therapy and therapeutic exercise skills
• Excellent communication and patient relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• CPR/BLS certification required or ability to obtain upon hire
