You will provide person-centered therapy under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, following physician orders in a skilled nursing facility setting. Texas license and COTA credential are required.
SNF/LTC experience preferred, with knowledge of Net Health EHR. Strong communication and teamwork help us deliver high-quality care and improve residents’
