Schedule and Shift availability:

• 8-10 hour shifts
• Day shift
• Evening shift

The Park Services team is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of Big Rivers Waterpark to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for guests and staff. Park Services team members play a key role in creating a positive guest experience by upholding high standards of cleanliness and providing friendly assistance when needed. This position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Essential Functions:

• Maintain the overall cleanliness of the park and empty all trash receptacles.
• Stock and sanitize all restrooms throughout the park.
• Clean tables, chairs, windows, and floors.
• Blow off walkways, patios and pavilions.
• Ensure safe sanitation procedures and proper use of cleaning chemicals.
• Notify management regarding the immediate need for major repairs.
• Promptly inform management of any issues so corrective action can be taken when appropriate.
• Clean the parking lots and outside areas of the park.
• Fill in at special events as needed.
• Ensure trashcans and cigarette urns are in designated areas.
• Multi-task while being attentive to guests and remain flexible to the needs of the business.
• Certain all company policies and procedures are adhered to by guests.
• Always ensure a safe working environment for both internal and external guests.
• Work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision.
• Follow all company policies and procedures while protecting company assets.
• Report any theft or suspicious activity to management ASAP.
• Maintain clean and tidy areas.
• Take pride in wardrobe & appearance.
• Assist other departments as staffing needs require.
